When you have to compete with only your voice, who will be the last singer standing? “King of Mask Singer” is a South Korean variety show where the participants compete against each other wearing masks to hide their true identities. The contestants may be famous singers or stars who have always aspired to sing – but they all have one thing in common. They must all compete with their vocals alone because no one will know their true identities until the very end! Format of the Show:
– 11 Celebrity Judges and 88 Audience Voters = 99 Votes
– All singers initially are masked.
– Round 1: Duet with 2 members, 99 Voters will choose which of the 2 contestants sang better.
– Round 2 + 3: Each contestant sings their own song.
– Loser in each vote gets their identity revealed, and is eliminated.
– Final Winner stays unknown to the audience and judges, but revealed at the end of the broadcast to the viewers.
